🔁 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.)
  • Be returned within 24hrs of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

⏳ Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return request within 24hrs of receiving your order by contacting us at Pixiejewelsstore@gmail.com
Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval/rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 24hrs of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for quick resolution

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are: Customer’s responsibility
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video to help us quickly resolve any damage-related concerns.
